Not only does this woman completely have a total disregard for the sensitivity of feelings but she treated me like the patient chart my name iswritten on. After she alarmed me to the importance of action of my condition, she repeatedly pushed me out and mixed up appointments and surgery dates on serveral occassions. When I attempted to address it with her and her staff it took weeks to get someone to call me back to figure it out. When they finally called they had no information or the wrong information. The whole experience, including surgery was awful. She didn't even come and talk to me after the procedure was over. I really felt alone and confused while needing answers from her about my body and health. I truly feel that her lack of action further advanced my condition and caused more problems than necessary. I will never go back and I hope this never happens to another woman as it did to me.
