They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
