I just had a wonderful experience at Dr. Ramirez's office. I've been really stressed about my appointment because I needed a biopsy done and I didn't really know what to expect. The staff was wonderful, the office was tastefully decorated, and Dr. Ramirez was patient, not rushed, explained everything thoroughly in a way we could understand. He was able to do the procedure the same day and we should have the results in another week. I'm so glad I chose this office to do this test for me!

Their office staff is WONDERFUL! Calls were returned within the hour. I've waited an average of under 10 minutes, but the waiting area was nicely decorated and calming. Once my appointment was underway, vitals were taken and then I wasn't placed in a room to wait even longer. Only one patient is seen at a time so once you get placed in a room, you don't have to wait at all. His assistant, Elvira is very friendly and was able to get me an appointment that was convenient for ME! She was kind whenever she saw I needed a hand to squeeze or a smile to ease the tension.

Dr. Ramirez does his exams and then will meet with you in his office. As a woman that is not comfortable chatting while being examined, this was something I GREATLY appreciated. I was able to concentrate on what he was saying (to my face!) instead of being so uncomfortable. Dr Ramirez was very through in his explainations and involved me in his treatment decisions and options. He is very understanding of his patients' concerns and is available for follow up. Although Dr Ramirez didn't promise us the moon, he was very optimistic, yet honest, in all dealings we had with him. When doing IVF, honesty is one trait we looked for in a doctor and it helped greatly with the emotional roller coaster associated with the process. Dr Ramirez at times kept us grounded and also gave us better outlooks at each appointment.

His IVF Coordinator, Karen was also very complete in explaining the instructions for administering medications and was available if I had any questions after the fact.

Overall our process was very pleasant. Dr Ramirez was the second doctor that we tried. The first was VERY dishonest and not communicative with us about treatment, leaving us very confused about the process. We would certainly go back and recommend Dr Ramirez to anyone wanting to undergo fertility treatments.
