The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
