There is something very wrong going on at Community Behavioral Health in Fresno, and Dr. Kenneth Steinbach. In the course of one hour in the waiting room I overheard a very upset father trying to find out why Dr. Steinbach discharged his suicidal son from a 72 hr hold to the streets without notifying family. Then there was the story of an upset mother whose son was denied admittance by Dr. Steinbach. His medication was out of balance and he wanted to kill people. According to Dr. Steinbach, this does not meet the criteria for admittance. Someone needs to investigate this facility and Dr. Steinbach.
