Dr. Wilson is a native San Diegan who practices integrative psychiatry with the aim of aiding her patients to be highly involved in their treatment to be well. Although she obviously manages medications with many of her patients and is well versed in psychopharmacology, she continues to work best in the model of working with patients in pyschotherapy as well. She is well versed in multiple therapeutic modalities, and after a comprehensive initial evaluation and a shared treatment planning session, will determine which type of therapy(ies) will best benefit each individual.
