Dr. Okuda gets a 5 star rating, the less than 5 stars is for the facility. Though it's very nice, I really miss her old office across the way that was much more intimate. One of the things I noticed while at Rose Medical for the delivery of my child a little over a year ago is how much the staff really enjoys working with her. Of course I love her, she did an amazing job with the unplanned c-section. She's one of the few doctors who perform surgery at Rose that use medicine balls in a c-section which help immensely with pain management. It's an extra step that she doesn't hesitate to take for the comfort of her patients and she is meticulous about her work! I can't tell you how many nurses and staff came by to check on me and were amazed at the pencil-thin incision and singing accolades to her. Pretty much everyone who asked who my doctor is commented on how much they enjoy working with her and others how great she is at her job. These are people who work with her constantly. There is a possibility of us moving out of state soon, but I am not kidding when I say I will be back here, with Okuda, to deliver any more children we have... seriously.
