They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
In general my experience with Dr. Norris and his staff have been good. I would recommend them. However, while dealing with the woman who fits your glasses, my wife really felt degraded when she was surprised at the cost of one of the options she was offered. It seemed this person was "bugged" by having to deal with my wife and made her feel bad that we couldn't afford the "good glasses". I'm offended by this lack of professionalism on the part of this person. Certainly she is the "thorn" in the bouquet of roses that is Dr. Norris' staff.
