I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
