Medically speaking, I am very satisfied. I have insurance, paid the visit fee and thought everything was fine. A year or so later I contacted them to make an appointment and was informed that I must pay my outstanding balance first. A balance that (a) was somehow forwarded by the referring physician and not owed, and (b) I was unaware of.
Dr. Peterson seems quite competent unlike his billing staff.

The reception area staff are not particularly friendly, but competent. The skilled staff, nurses, technicians, and doctors are warm, caring and professional. The building is older, but the offices seem neat and very clean. Dr. Peterson was always willing to answer my questions, and patient with me in helping understand the answers! Dr. Peterson once opened the office just for me on a Saturday afternoon when I had an emergency. Overbooking appointments is not a problem. I rarely had to wait more than 15 minutes.
