I scheduled an appointment with Dr Battle to have a cleaning and filling done when I arrived to the office I paid my co-pay and waited to see Dr Battle after waiting 20 or so minutes I was not able to see me due to some paperwork that was not filled out. I was then rescheduled for the following month (yes I had to wait a month 30 days) to see her again and when I arrived to my appointment dr. battle had moved to a new location and never notified any of her clients so not only was I there all of her 9am appointments were there wanting to know what was going on so i called the number that was on the door to see what happen and I was informed only by laughter by sharon from Smiles By Design that she is no longer taking patients and that she has moved to Mobile Alabama (yes Mobile AL)and that all of her patients will be seen by Dr Wright I then rescheduled again this time they were able to get me in 1wk later so I went to my appointment today for them to tell me that they do not accept my insurance, so when I asked for a refund of my co-pay they (Sharon @ Smiles By Design) informed me that they will not be able to refund my co-pay and that I would have to get in touch with Curtis Malone that is the person that took the copay she gave me a number and I called only to get a voicemail stating someone will get back in touch. Dr Battle has no professionalism the actions she took was like a Dr on the run she has stolen my copay and probably many other DR. BATTLE DMD IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
