I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
