I was pleased with this provider until today. The waiting period before appts. was short; the doctor always knew my name but I believe its only because she looked at my chart prior to walking in the exam room and appointments were never cancelled. Unfortunately, the office staff is not dependable. When called about a prescription refill I was told they didn't have the dosage information. I told them I'd research that and call back. When I did, 5 minutes later, I was told to call the other office since my records were there; when I called there they didn't know what I was talking about. The receptionist said she would find out who called and have them call me back. After 20 minutes i called back only to find out the office(s) were now closed. I tried leaving a message with the answering service but they refused since it was not considered an emergency. I will be looking for a new provider tomorrow!
