I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
