Insurance problems need to be corrected. Either you are in network or you are not. LRAFB needs to know if we should come there or not. Are you in network for military family plans or not? You say yes, but they say no? 🙄

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
