Do not go here. The attending Doctor if you can call him a that was so unfriendly, he dint even introduced himself and dtheatre the time to explain the procedure. Worse than that, I felt they don't care about the patient and they just there to make a quick buck. He gave me 2 options, first he said, if you want to keep your teeth it would cost you $8,500.00, second option, is for $2,200.00 we pull them out and you'll get a partial. Not wanting to lose my teeth but neither wanting to pay over 8 thousand to keep them, decided to get a second opinion. Went to Dr. Richard Gore in Lt Rock an awesome professional; with him I am keeping my teeth for $2,800.00; I'm happy now thanks to Dr Gore..... Monarch in Pine Bluff you all should be ashamed of yourselves and should be investigated and closed. I consider myself to have only lost $89.00 and not my teeth.

NASTY, UNSANITARY EXAM ROOMS!! The dental exam rooms where FILTHY!! There was old, dried blood, and God only knows what other stuff was clearly visible on the side and bottom where the water runs. The dentist, nor the nurse had gloves on. The Health Department and the Dentistry Board should close the office down in Chapel Village, located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. The front desk person was polite, and a bit too blunt for me. However they are the cheapest in town. If you don't catch some type of disease from the UNSANITARY CONDITIONS, then I guess you will be good to go.
