I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
