HORRIBLE DENTIST!!! USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! THEY HAD ME DO A CLEANING THAT WAS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE AFTER I TOLD THEM I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING THAT IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $100 FOR A CLEANING THEN LIED ABOUT SAYING THEY TOLD ME FIRST...THEY NEVER TOLD ME ANDTHE RECEPTIONIST SAID OHHH YOU FORGOT TO PAY YOUR CO-PAY THEN ..JUST CHARGED ME OVER $100. I ASKED TO TALK TO A MANAGER AND THEY HAD THE RECEPTIONIST CALL ME. ALSO THE CROWN THAT THEY DID FOR ME FELL OFF. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.... UNBELIEVABLE!!! i AM ON DISABILITY I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO DO CLEANINGS I DON'T NEED. found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
