The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
