I had substantial damage to my teeth, and I knew that it was time to take care of all the problems I could see with my teeth and the ones that I knew were there but I couldn't see. I had read reviews on how nice the staff was at Paloverde Dental, how nice the Dentist Dr. Portocarrero was and how great the deals they offered were so I gave them a try. I have to admit, every one there is very nice. The Dentist is very nice. But that's all they have going for them. After I had 11,000 dollars worth of work done, I thought, okay, the pain is over. I just have to pay back this loan for my teeth, and so long as I take care of my teeth from now on, I should be okay. I was wrong. So wrong.

I knew that the damage to my teeth was my fault. I also knew that my teeth were weak, so I may have dental bills in my future. But I so wanted to believe that all the work I had gone into debt to a family member to pay for was good. A few weeks later I knew my answer. A filling on one of my teeth dissolved when I was eating. So I went back and they filled it for me again, free of charge as he should have, and told me I was brushing too hard. A week later, that same filling, plus another one, came out. I went back and again was told I was brushing too hard. I did this with them 8...8 times! Each time I was told I was brushing too hard. This is utter baloney. I do NOT brush my teeth too hard. The fillings should NOT come off when I am brushing my teeth, flossing my teeth, using a water pick on my teeth, eating, or drinking water for the love of everything sane!

Do NOT go to this dentist. I now am sitting here, two years later, with 10 fillings that have come out, and pain coming from under my crowns. I can see some other fillings about to come out. I am scared and on the verge of suing this Dentist. DO NOT go to him.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
