I had a very good first impression with this office. They saw me quickly, the hygienist was thorough and friendly, and Dr. Sani seemed like a high-quality dentist. Six months later, I was sent a reminder email in which I confirmed my appointment. The afternoon before, I received a voicemail asking that I call because there were some openings earlier in the day. I couldn't go earlier so I didn't call. Before I arrived, I got another voicemail asking why I didn't show up to my appointment. When I got there, they told me they rescheduled me to an earlier time. Now they couldn't see me. I had left work early to work with their hours, then they confirm my appt and change it on me and cancel on me!? Very unprofessional. So I will not be returning.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. However, I am in horrified disbelief at how badly Dr. Sani treated his staff members during my visit there. He doesn't seem to care who is in earshot while he degrades them. I felt so bad for all of them. I had heard he was an excellent dentist, which is why I made the decision to try his office, but he won't be receiving another red cent of my hard earned money since I won't be returning. He may be a good dentist but, as a person, he's one of the worst "professionals" I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. During my visit I felt he had adequately answered all the questions I had but after witnessing how he treats his fellow human beings I left feeling absolutely disgusted! You can be sure I will recount my experience to my entire circle of friends and acquaintances. I will not return ...ever!
