Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly.
