I needed quality dentures and after a comprehensive search, chose Coastal Dental on South Ruckinge in Anaheim. Initially the experience was good, with followup appointments that were satisfactory.
However, when I received the permanent denture, after only a few weeks, the top denture developed a crack. This should not have happened and it was sent to their dental lab. SEVEN WEEKS later a small portion of the upper denture showed a small piece of the upper denture missing. This should not have occurred as the dentures have never been mishandles etc. When I took it out to clean on Oct. 18, 2015 a small piece was missing. This amounts to a pair of poor quality dentures which certainly were not inexpensive. I will be reporting this business to the BBC. I will not pay any more monies for dentures that DO NOT STAND UP TO NORMAL WEAR. The lower dentures still have fit problems and as a result are not used on daily basis due to pain.
Normally, I would not complain, but I had to save up for this dental work, and am on a fixed income. I am also a senior and disabled.
I am extremely disappointed in the product. I will also follow up and send this review to the owner of the company. I only hope this does not happen to other patients at Coastal Dental. Customer service is quire gid, but that does NOT EXTEND TO DENTURES.
