They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. The Only problem is the front office staff doesn't know how to work the billing computer. EVERY TIME I come to see him the office staff say's I owe for the last office visit, thier record indicate I didn't pay my co-pay. They then charge my twice the amount of my co-pay. With-in weeks I get a refund check from my insurance and a bill from them saying I didn't pay
