I have been seeing Dr, Raissi for like 10 years and I LOVE her! My insurance switched a lot and I got switched to like 3 different doctors and I hated them. Eventually I got switched back to Dr. Raissi and I was happy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
