Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. 3 weeks after visiting the emergency room with excellent medical insurance They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I was able to talk with them way before my surgery, and I felt much more comfortable going into surgery. i did however have to keep going back for fluid that built up under the incision om hernia surgery.I will have to see Dr. Robertson again this week.Hope for the best!!!
