Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
