My appointment got canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. The appointment setter there is very rude and incompetent. I called to schedule an appt and was offered one 2 weeks after. The lady asked for my id # and scheduled the appt. Today she called me to remind me of my appt and gave me a very nasty attitude telling me that I never gave her my social or the id#... well lady isn't that your damn job to ask me that at the time I scheduled the appt. She cut me off and continued to be rude. Obviously she doesn't know how to do her simple job and is blaming others for her incompetence and mistakes. She needs to learn customer service skills
