The worst overall experience EVER. Dealing with braces for one of my children for a lengthy term, twice as long as they had told me. The office had gone through three different orthodontists who all had different opinions for treatment for my child. I have had enough of the super long waits in the waiting room, then having to wait even more in the treatment rooms.
Don't even get me started on the lack of communication and knowledge of the front office staff, I was always being told different appointment dates although ortho patients were only being seen on Mondays, as well as being told of different amounts for payments due.
I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone do business with this group of amateurs. Save yourself the grief and agony and find another dental office or deal with your tooth ache or root canal. It is certainly better than the pain and suffering these people have to offer.

As a former employee... I can honestly say that working at Elk Grove Dental was the worst experience of my life! My husband talked me out of reporting them to the Better Business Bureaus. This company is only in it for the money... and the doctor's get huge bonuses each month for the "sales" they collect each month!!

I watched them look at these reviews once too and they just laughed and went back to charging the next unknowing person for work that was not needed.

Also - if you want a routine cleaning or if you have children... please find another dental office!! Otherwise you and your children will have to wait for an appointment... and most liking the appointment you are given will be reschedule - repeatedly!! They won't even blink to cancel YOUR appointment for another patient who has a high $ procedure. Stay far away from this place!!

**And to Elk Grove Dental Group & your parent company "Pacific Dental Services": I'm posting these remarks everywhere I can!! Your patient's need to know the truth. I was an excellent employee and quit working for you for my own health and well-being. Please grow a conscience and learn to treat us with respect!!
