Some of the waiting room staff were very unpleasant and seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else. Their answers to my insurance-related questions were very confusing and they didn't give me an option to fill out paperwork beforehand. There was religious music playing in the waiting room with tape over the dial so the station/volume couldn't be changed.

The exam room was freezing and the nurse that came in to take my vitals wasn't really listening to the information I was giving her. When my BP read a little high, she overreacted very strongly and told me to rest and she would come take it again. I didn't see the doctor until almost an hour later and she didn't seem very interested in listening to my concerns and offering solutions--she just added more prescriptions to my list of current medications.

The office's hours are a little inconvenient and the doctor is currently inexplicably "out of the office" for more than a month. It is always difficult to find an appointment (even well ahead of time) and I plan to find another provider as soon as possible.
