There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
