Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more. The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I didn't learn anything about risks and benefits of any treatment they have in mind for me. I'm very uncomfortable with proceeding with my treatment. The doctor is just downright MEAN, both to patients and staff. The staff in turn are afraid to anger their tyrant boss so they pass the rudeness on to the patients. Whether you have a little or a lot of experience with receiving healthcare, you will immediately feel the ice-cold, unwelcoming, uneasy vibe of this office.

Called recently because I moved out of state and my new oncologist was having problems getting my records from Dr. Deligdish's office. My daughter who lives in Florida called for me and the OFFICE MANAGER was extremely rude, so my daughter had me call I received the same treatment from the OFFICE MANAGER. This person has to be new within the past 3 years because I NEVER had a problem with any of the staff EVER. I still did not get what I needed and called back to request a call from the Dr. I haven't received a call from him either.
