My grandmother is handicapped and unable to walk, after a 1:30 hour wait the front desk decided they would not be able to view the patient because their facilities could not accommodate her wheelchair. After speaking to the office manager they claimed I came in at a much later time. Transportation had to be requested to transport my grandmother to this location, there was a complete lack of compassion and empathy by the office staff. I was appalled by their behavior. I was never able to speak to the doctor or were we even offered any accommodation for our situation. They claimed her wheel chair did not fit into the patients rooms, meanwhile her chair fit through the standard door into the waiting room. At no given point did they even attempt to see her or try to fit her into a patients room. I wonder how many more elderly people this has happened to at this doctors office that are not able to voice their opinion?
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They don't see emergency even if you are having a bad episode of menieres desease. was told by rude secretary to go to the hospital due to they had not appointment and they were full that day. Absolutely not acceptable if a patient have an emergency and the office is open they should be able to understand. unstead of responding nasty and sarcastic. noone should be treated this way.
