They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
