I am never impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs and the waiting time is long, it seems like a social club for the elderly, since even if you go at the appointed time, they make you wait one to two hours, and everyone talks at the same time, so you can't have a peaceful environment. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Very busy people... I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
