I'm sorry that you received that impression from our staff. We do recognize that we experienced long waits in the past; that however has been corrected. We now have a Patient Flow Coordinator ensuring that our patients don't wait unnecessarily. A New Patient waiting time, from the time he/she arrives, is one hour, and an Established Patient wait time is 30-45 minutes. We apologize for your experience and hope that we have another opportunity to serve you.

This is the most ridiculous medical office ever!
The staff is very unpolite and rude! My first visit I waited
for more than 1 hour and decided to leave. I reschedule
my appointment for the first time in the afternoon in a day
that the doctor didn't have any patient before. Than some other
patients that had their appointments after mine just because
they were there before me they all were pass in front
of me. Why again do we need to set up an appointment????? If whoever
arrived first got to be seeing first??? I stayed again more than 1 hour in the waiting room and decided AGAIN to leave and of course I will see another doctor!!!!
