Dr. Potter did do a thorough evaluation. However, it took her over a week to contact my insurance about authorizing an MRI, so I had to keep rescheduling. She also said the techs would test a particular nerve I suggested, but this was a bluff. It is over a week since I had my MRI, and I have yet to hear back from her. She is horrible with follow up and lies to her patients. Perfect example of a doctor who just wants to cram as many appointments in as possible and then shove them out the door.
