I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
