It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Some of the staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The Dr. Was not very friendly and did not give explanations to the questions I had.
