I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dr. Shrock is the best in his field and does not compare to any other doctor in his field. He puts his patients first and makes sure they are well taken care of above all. If you don't come to him for any orthopaedic problem, you are definitely missing out!

Dr. Shrock wasn't very understanding or caring, and he didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't his primary concern. He needed to pay a lot more attention to detail, to make sure he didn't make any mistakes. I could tell that the staff were pressured and overwhelmed as well as more interested in their personal dramas and their attention wasn't focused on me. Most of the staff were not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I have not experienced any cancellations from them and I do not feel that they "are there" for me. Honestly, Dr. Kevin Shrock has a horrible bedside manner and seems to be much more interested on surgery and money. After checking with other professionals of all walks of life in Broward County, Dr. Shrock has a bad reputation among his piers and I'm now aware of at least two patients who are extremely unhappy with his work and persona.
