My concern is with his very deceptive billing practices. He sent out a flyer that stated free cleaning and exam. I thought this was a great way to get local patients so I made an appointment. I got X-rays, cleaning and a cavity fixed and was then billed 1000 dollars. My insurance covered half. I called to question this and they said there was small print on the flyer that said if my insurance covered, it would be free. This would apply to any dentist. This is very dishonest. They made no effort whatsoever to work I out.
