The office was easy enough to find. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns,and I was a patient there for some years mostly because of Carol (great NP) but other than Carol and the new front desk person (finally a good front desk staff member) this is a terrible old and out dated office with a VERY rude office manager (Faye) and an uncaring doctor. When you need them most, all they care about is getting there office visit charges to your INS company, reguardless of medical requirement. If you have a HMO STAY FAR AWAY !!!
