I had a tooth, split in two, very painful. Entered my contact information on their contact form on a Wednesday night, I received a call next morning form them, setting up an appointment for Friday. The tooth, being split in 2, could not be salvaged so had to be puled out, which was done right then. The dentist was very professional, I have DEEP roots, and it was more difficult than they thought, when process was complete, they never upcharged me for extra work, and scheduled me for a follow up courtesy exam for the following Friday, to make sure I am healing properly, no charge. @ 1/`2 the cost everybody else quoted me, This is a professional large scale office, although it looks small from the outside, inside, it expands throughout the building with a small entrance which is deceiving. they do ALL types of dental procedures, financing, etc.
I have nothing but good to say about this place.

WARNING!! CAUTION!! STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!!

If you were like me and went here because of their full size front cover Pennysaver ad, BIG MISTAKE!!! A small little hole-in-the-wall establishment that has bit off more than they can chew! As a result, you can bank on waiting over an hour+ to see a dentist, regardless of an pre-established "appointment" time.

My wife and I were both here for a cleaning, but they refused to see my wife (who was pregnant), because they wanted a doctor's notice saying that it is okay. Who has ever heard of such a thing? In fact, all the books and reports encourage pregnant women to have their teeth clean, because being in good health is good for baby. There is nothing wrong with being pregnant and having your teeth cleaned! Its okay however, because my wife sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before they informed her that they would not be seeing her. I had gotten out of the dentist chair after waiting for so long and was headed out the door when they called my name (no joke).

Being inside made me feel uncomfortable and the whole place was just crowded, busy, and unprofessional. You really felt ushered in like cattle and sitting in chair after chair being neglected; along with all the other cattle that were sitting in various chairs throughout the place as workers and customers moved about all over the place. It gave the appearance of a triage ward in the war. You know what, it reminded me of something out of the TV show M*A*S*H when the wounded came in; only this case, it seemed like the quality of care was horrible. You are just another number ushered in and than ushered out. In fact, one lady was ushered out of one chair and I was ushered immediately into her chair and they did NOT change the headrest cover...disgusting!

And they price gouge you through the roof!!! The actual doctor told me that I need a deep cleaning on my teeth (about a 5 minute procedure) and the cost would run me $360. That is a most ridiculous price I have ever heard of in my entire life. I have been quoted a deep cleaning before at $80 and that is about the price it runs. There is no such thing as a $360 deep cleaning treatment! To me, it seemed like this place was more concerned about ripping people off than they actually cared about the quality of the patient. Actually, the doctor asked me what I did for work; at which I told him that I was a web designer/ graphic designer and shortly thereafter, he threw out the $360 price for a deep cleaning. What a joke! What a rip off!

Do yourself the biggest favor in the world and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
