I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.
