This place is the worst. Once you sign, they treat you as if you don't deserve to be there. I had to get my sister out if school early, to make it to the appointment on time, but we were waiting for half an hour before we got called. They are extremely late all of the time, she could have stayed in school. Look somewhere else. One of their orthodontic assistants repeatedly hit my gums with sharp metal pliers, my mouth hurt for days after. This worker should be fired, and I can't believe she stays employed. Must be part of a union. Your money and time should be spent somewhere else.
