It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
