They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite.
