If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their only concern was to get me to purchase more expensive services. I asked for a teeth cleaning and for my filling to be fixed(which they filled improperly at my last visit). Dr. Tran refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to pay for a more deep cleaning that was not covered by insurance. I informed them that I was filing a formal complaint because of their treatment. There is no concern for the patient, only money. Very sad.
