The communication between the staff, doctor and patient was very poor. My first visit was very good, but after that i got confused messages about additional tests to complete, and then when i called to question these, they became defenses and unhelpful. They were going to send me for a repeat MRI in error, and then no one did call me with the results of the inital MRI or 2nd ultrasound they had me do, and they just wanted to schedule another ultrasound. I asked for the doctor to call me, and never received a follow up call from the staff or a call from the doctor.
