I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Compared to any other facility in Polk Co Florida, Dr Badiola is far superior!!

I've already told my friends and family about the wonderful experience I had in treatment with Dr. Badiola. He treated my alcoholism and codependency, found the appropriate psychotropic drug to treat my depression, and encourage my recovery by listening, caring, and encouraging me for a year and a half. That was 1991-1993. I have since worked with many other alcoholics/addicts and/or their family members to learn to live a happy life. My children are grown now and have happy relationships which came about from the help I got from Dr. Badiola and others with whom he was associated at the time. I think of him with gratitude often.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
